Hûfäm niv Kämûv ranks among the oldest farms in Mâr Bärinar, and in both scale and organization it stands among the most developed. The main residence is divided into three separate family apartments, offering comfort to every generation of the Lärkän family, and is joined by a communal dining hall used chiefly during the harvest. Alongside the house stand eight barns (most given over to apple processing), five grain silos, and two dwellings for seasonal workers.
The farm is fully equipped with Savrös technology, from cooling systems to an automated apple-processing line to advanced irrigation, keeping production high even outside the main harvest season.
Once a year, the farm holds a shared celebration with the Jômil bakery in honor of the harvest and its orchards, a tradition reflecting the close bond between Hûfäm niv Kämûv and the settlement of Ost Jômil across the generations.
